Each spot welding and full-welding workstation is equipped with a flexible movable smoke suction arm, which captures welding smoke at the source during component positioning welding and main seam continuous welding. After multi-layer filtration, adsorption and purification treatment, exhaust gas reaches international environmental protection emission standards before outdoor discharge. The supporting intelligent monitoring platform can real-time view workshop dust concentration, equipment operating status and emission indicator data to realize digital environmental supervision.
